摘要
针对现有信号处理方法在齿轮箱故障诊断中的不足,将本征时间尺度分解算法(Intrinsic Time-scale Decomposition,ITD)应用到齿轮箱故障诊断中。首先介绍了ITD算法;然后将ITD算法应用到齿轮箱的故障诊断中,得到了正确的结论;最后将ITD算法与经验模式分解(EMD)算法进行了比较,结果表明,ITD算法在运算速度和抑制端点效应方面明显优于EMD方法。为齿轮箱的故障诊断提供了一种新的方法。
Aiming at the shortcomings of current signal processing methods for fault diagnosis of gear box,the intrinsic time-scale decomposition(ITD) algorithm is used to diagnose the faults of gear box.To begin with,the ITD method is presented,then the ITD method is applied to the fault diagnosis of a defective gearbox and successfully obtained the correct conclusion.Finally,the ITD method is compared with the EMD method.The results show that,the ITD method has a clear advantage over the EMD method in increasing the computation speed and constraining the end point effect.A new method for the fault diagnosis of gear box is provided.
