前列腺穿刺活检研究现状及进展 被引量：2

摘要 前列腺癌是老年男性最常见的恶性肿瘤，2000年中国前列腺癌发病率为4．55人／10万，相当于1993年发病率的3倍，而且大多数前列腺癌发现时已属于中晚期，失去了根治性手术的机会。因此，早期诊断前列腺癌显得尤为重要。前列腺穿刺活检被认为是诊断前列腺癌的金标准，但目前对穿刺活检的时机、点数、定位、途径等的认识尚不统一，本文将对前列腺穿刺活检的研究现状及进展作一综述。
