摘要
目的观察国产唑来膦酸(因力达)治疗乳腺癌骨转移的临床疗效和不良反应。方法国产唑来膦酸4 mg加入0.9%生理盐水100 mL静脉滴注15 min,1次/4周,持续治疗6个月后评估疗效及不良反应。结果唑来膦酸治疗患者骨痛、骨转移病灶、生活活动能力的有效率分别为83.3%、66.7%、75.0%;血液指标异常例数较治疗前有所减少,异常率有下降趋势,但治疗前后比较无统计学差异;不良反应为发热1例(4.2%),肌肉关节酸痛2例(8.3%),全身及末梢水肿1例(4.2%),经对症治疗后消失。结论国产唑来膦酸(因力达)治疗乳腺癌骨转移疗效肯定,不良反应发生率低,是临床治疗乳腺癌骨转移的优选方法。
Objective To study the curative effect and side-effect of zoledronic acid on metastatic bone of breast cancer.Methods All 24 cases were treated with zoledronic acid 4 mg by infusion once every four weeks for 6 months.The effect and side-effect were evaluated when 6 cycles finished.Results The efficiency rates of zoledronic acid on bone pain,bone metastasis response,the activity of daily living（ADL） recovery were 83.3%,66.7%,and 75.0% respectively.The cases with abnormal blood indices after treatment decreased,and the abnormal rates had a downward tendency.But there was no significant difference between before-treatment and after-treatment.The common side-effect included fever（4.2%）,sore muscle and joint（8.3%）,and edema in body and ending.All syndromes were recovered after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion The effect of is zoledronic acid is accuracy and the side-effect rate is low.It＇s an optimized method on metastatic bone of breast cancer.
