摘要
目的了解医用口罩的防护效果。方法参照国家相关标准,利用人工发生的标准气溶胶对口罩材料、佩戴泄漏量等参数进行了监测与分析。结果国产医用无纺布口罩对于0.3μm直径的气溶胶,防护效率仅达20.0%～25.0%。结论医用口罩标准、医务人员个人防护意识有待提高,医疗环境有待改善。
OBJECTIVE To understand the protective effect of surgical masks.METHODS According to national standards,the standard artificial aerosol particles had been made to detect and analyze the surgical mask,the parameters of the leakage of the materials and the wear.RESULTS The results of domestic surgical non-woven protective masks（for the 0.3 micron diameter aerosols） was only 20.0%～25.0% protection efficiency.CONCLUSION Standard surgical masks and the health care environment should be improved and the medical staff needs to improve the awareness of personal protection.
