端头液压支架替代关门支柱的研究与应用

摘要 我国综采工作面数量和产量不断增加,但是其下端头处的支护机械化水平受井型、地质条件和设备配套的影响提高不快,已制约了采煤工作面综合机械化水平的提升。该文介绍运河煤矿针对综采工作面下端头支护用液压支架的设计,该支架的应用较好地解决了中小型煤矿综采工作面下端头支护机械化的问题。 The number of fully mechanized coal face and production continues to increase, but the bottom of the first support at the level of mechanization by well type, geological conditions and the impact of improved equipment for fast, has restricted the level of mechanized coal face upgrade. This article deseribes the canal for the mechanized coal mining face with the bottom of the first hydraulic support supporting the design of the stent can solve the small bottom of the first fully mechanized eoal mining face the problem of mechanization support.
