摘要
在预拌砂浆中掺加外加剂可以体现出良好的性能,所以外加剂在预拌砂浆中被广泛采用,但也存在一些问题。主要研究了减水缓凝组分、增稠保水组分及市售预拌砂浆专用外加剂对砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:掺市售专用外加剂的砂浆保水性好,保持工作性能能力强,掺量对强度影响较明显,需严格控制其掺量。
Additive for ready mixed mortar can be obtained better performance, so it has been widely adopted in practice ,but it also has some problems.Effects of retarding high range water reducing agent, thickening and water retention components, retarding components and saled in the market special additive for ready-mixed mortar on performance of mortar were studied respectively.Testing results showed that the additive was good for water retention of mortar, excellent workability, strength was also influenced significantly by mixing amount of additive, the mixing amount of additive must be strictly controlled.
