大断面综放开切眼锚杆支护设计与围岩稳定性研究 被引量:5

Anchorage Supporting Design of Large-section Open-off Cut at Fully-Mechanized Caving Face and Study on Surrounding Rock Stability

摘要 针对公乌素煤矿北一综放工作面7.5 m×2.7 m大断面开切眼的实际生产地质条件,应用工程类比法提出锚杆支护基本依据,在此基础上应用FLAC3D模拟计算了28种方案,根据模拟效果初步确定支护方案,并应用物理模拟分析该方案的可行性,最后通过现场实测顶板离层量来判断围岩的稳定性,验证设计方案的合理性和可靠性。 In view of the production and geological condition of large-section open-off cut with the area of 7.5m×2.7m at North 1st fully mechanized caving face of Gongwusu Coal Mine, the anchor-supporting basis was put forward with the application of engineering analogy.28 supporting plans were stimulated with FLAC^3D and the preliminary plan was determined according to the simulation effects. The feasibility of the plan was analyzed with physical analogue method. The stability of surrounding rock was assessed through actual measurement of roof abscission layer to test the rationality and reliability of the plan.
