摘要
溶浸浸出率预测的准确程度对于应用溶浸采矿技术的矿山设计、生产和研究具有重要的指导意义。采用Origin软件对铜尾矿摇瓶浸出和铀矿石堆浸的浸出率进行模拟和预测。先根据矿石浸出率的变化规律,选取不同的数学模型,再采用该模型对浸出率原始数据进行模拟,对未来数据进行预测。预测结果表明,不同数学模型对溶浸浸出率的预测效果不同,模型(2)更适合溶浸浸出率的长期预测。
The prediction accuracy of leaching rate is of great instruction significance for the design, production and research of mines, which apply solution leaching mining technology. With Origin software, the solution leaching rates of shaking flask on copper tailings and heap leaching on uranium ore are simulated and predicted. Based on the variation rule of leaching rate, different Origin mathematical models were established, and then the original data were fitted and the futures were predicted with these models. The results showed that different models predicted different resuits; the model (2) was more suitable for the prediction of leaching rate in a long period.
