摘要
哪吒大桥为钢桁加劲梁悬索桥,桥塔设计为钢筋混凝土门式塔,施工过程中采用主索鞍顶推施工法进行索塔纠偏。计算并确定主索鞍顶推时机和顶推量,并通过实测施工中索塔应力和偏位,按照以索塔应力控制为主、索塔偏位控制为辅的调整方案,结合具体的施工情况对主索鞍各阶段顶推量进行修正。通过分析顶推过程中索塔受力和偏位情况,并对比分析拟定顶推量与实际顶推量,得出结论:修正后的主索鞍阶段顶推量能反映悬索桥实际施工情况,研究所得结果指导了哪吒大桥的施工。
Nazha Bridge is a steel stiffening truss girder suspension bridge,the bridge tower is designed as door-liked reinforced concrete tower,and the main saddle pushing method is used for cable tower rectifying during construction.The authors calculate and determine the pushing time and pushing quantity of the main saddles,and modify the stage pushing quantity of the main saddles combined with the specific construction situation by measuring cable tower stress and deviation during construction,and obeying the rectification method which takes cable tower stress control in priority and cable tower deviation control in second.Through analyzing the cable tower force and deviation in pushing construction,and studying the worked pushing quantity with the actual construction by comparison,it is come to the conclusion that the revised stage pushing quantity of the main saddles can response to the actual construction and the research results can guide construction for Nazha Bridge.
