摘要
目的调查天津市护士长职业高原的现状,分析护士长职业高原的影响因素,为制订降低护士长职业高原的措施提供依据。方法采用职业生涯高原问卷,对天津市3所三级医院和4所二级医院的160名护士长进行调查。结果护士长职业高原总均分为(2.85±0.52)分,其中层级高原得分最高(3.66±0.79)分,内容高原得分最低(2.29±0.71)分。回归分析显示,年龄是护士长职业高原的影响因素。结论天津市护士长职业高原状况处于中等水平,但在层级高原维度中普遍出现高原现象。年龄是护士长职业高原的主要预测因素。
Objective To investigate head nurses'career plateau situation and analyze the related factors, so as to provide basis for reducing the level of head nurses'career plateau. Methods A total of 160 head nurses from three 3 - grade hospitals and four 2 - grade hospitals in Tianjin city were investigated with Career Plateau Qustionnaire. Results The average score of head nurses'career plateau was (2.85±0.52). The highest score was hierarchical plateau dimension ( 3.66 ±0.79 ), and the lowest score was content plateau dimension ( 2.29± 0.71 ). Regression analysis showed that age was the head nurses' career plateau influencing factors. Conclusion The head nurses'career plateau of Tianjin city is at the medium level,but the hierarchical plateau is pervasive. The age is the primary predictor in head nurses'career plateau.
