摘要
砂蒸压加气混凝土砌块是一种节能型墙体材料。它具有重量轻、保温性能好、不燃和可加工等优点,其中最突出的优点是节能,但也容易产生裂缝、空鼓、渗漏等质量通病。本文介绍了砂蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温墙体开裂的机理,提出了砂蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温墙体工程质量控制的几点措施。
Sand autoclaved aerated concrete block is an energy-saving wall material. It is light weight, good insulation properties, non-combustible and processability, etc., one of the most prominent advantage is energy saving, but also easy to crack, hollowing, leakage and other quality defects. This article describes the cracking mechanism of sand autoclaved aerated concrete block self- insulation wall materials, several quality control measures of self-insulation wall made from sand autoclaved aerated concrete block was proposed.
