摘要
研究了组织文化自身特性———激励性与公平性对员工组织承诺(情感承诺和持续承诺)的影响。在多组织271名员工样本的基础上,通过实证分析得出结论:组织文化的公平性对员工的情感承诺和持续承诺产生积极的作用,同时组织文化的激励性也对员工的情感承诺产生积极的影响。另外,通过比较分析得出,组织文化激励性对情感承诺的影响要强于组织文化的公平性。
This paper studies the influence of organizational culture' s own characteristics stimulation and impartiali- ty on employee's organizational commitment (affective and continuance commitment). Based on the sample of 271 em- ployees, it concludes through empirical study that: impartiality of organizational culture impacts positively on the affec- tire and continuance commitment, while stimulation of organizational culture has positive impact on affective commit- ment. By comparison, the influence of stimulation on affective commitment is stronger than the influence of impartiality.
