摘要
运用Pro/E设计软件,建立齿轮减速器箱体的三维模型,利用ANSYS与Pro/E的接口技术,将箱体模型导入ANSYS中,通过对箱体进行位移、应力分析,得到应力分布图,找到箱体上的最薄弱区域,为减速器箱体结构进行优化提供依据。
The use of Pro/E design software,establishment of three-dimensional model of gear reducer box,using ANSYS and Pro / E interface technology,model into ANSYS,on box for use of stress and displacement analysis get stress distribution,find box of most vulnerable regions for optimize structure of reducer box to provide evidence.
