摘要
目的研究四川省问号钩端螺旋体(简称钩体)中毒力相关基因分布特点,为防治钩体病提供科学依据。方法根据钩体赖型赖株全基因组序列生物信息学资料,选择7个钩体致病相关基因与群特异性G1、G2基因,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR),对四川省1970-2010年分离保存的问号钩体90株和对照用双曲钩体4株,共94株进行了检测。结果 90株问号钩体中7个毒力相关基因,除sphA基因检出率较低外(6.67%),其余6个毒力相关基因检出率在81.1%~98.9%之间,G1、G2基因检出率为100%,双曲钩体中未检测出7个毒力相关基因和G1、G2基因。结论四川省问号钩体中毒力相关基因分布广泛,检出率高,患者分离株与黑线姬鼠分离株毒力相关基因分布高度一致。
To study the factors related to the virulence associated genes of Leptospira in Sichuan prov ince, provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of Leptospirosis. Methods Seven putative viru- lence associated genes and group specific gene G1, G2 were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the 90 field strains of Leptospira interrogans isolated in Sichuan province and from patients or animals between 1970-2010, and 4 strains of Leptospira biflexas. Results In the 90 field strains, among 7 putative virulent genes, sphA detected rate was 6.67%, and the other 6 virulence associated genes detected rates were between 81.1% to 98.9%. G1 and G2 detected rate was 100%. Detection rates of those 8 genes were 0 in 4 strains of I^ptospira biflexa. Conclusion The virulence associated genes of Leprosies interrogans isolated from Sichuan province were widely distributed, and the detection rates were high. The virulence associated genes distributed in the strains isolated from Leptospira interrogans and from the patients or animals were quite identically.
