摘要 生态环境需水是一个整合的新概念。根据水资源配置中提出的"生活、生产和生态"需水要求,建立了长江流域生态环境需水量的计算方法体系,包括河道内生态环境需水量和河道外生态环境需水量的计算原则与方法,为流域水资源配置确定合理的生态环境需水量提供理论依据与方法支持。根据水文法确定了长江流域河道内生态环境需水量,用定额法确定了河道外生态环境需水量,所确定的长江流域河道内生态环境需水量为3 313.8亿m3,现状年长江流域河道外生态环境用水量为13.2亿m3,2030年河道外生态环境需水量为40.2亿m3。 Eco - environment water demand is a new and complicated concept. According to the water quantity demand in livelihood, production and eco - system, the methodology of eco - environmental water demand calculation in Yangtze River Basin is established, including the calculation method and principle of eco - environmental water demand inside and outside the river channel, providing theoretic support for the determination of rational eco - environmental water demand. The eco - environmental water demand inside river channel is determined by hydrology method and the eco - environmental water demand outside river channel is determined by quota method. The eco - environmental water demand inside and outside the river channel are deter- mined, and so is the eco - environmental water demand outside the river channel in 2030.
