摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理措施及体会。方法选择2009年1月—2010年1月经腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者65例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结护理方法与体会。结果本组65例患者经腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗和精心护理后,全部痊愈出院,手术后没有胆漏和出血、高碳酸血症、下肢静脉血栓等并发症的发生。出现的不同程度的恶心、呕吐等症状的3例患者及出现轻度胸部皮下气肿的2例患者经过给予相应处理后症状均缓解。结论精心的护理及良好的护理配合是保证手术成功的关键。
Objective To evaluate laparoscopic cholecystectomy in nursing and experience.Methods Select January 2009 —2010 in January laparoscopic cholecystectomy period 65 patients were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data analysis,summary and experience of nursing.Results 65 patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,after treatment and intensive care,all were discharged after surgery without bile leakage and bleeding,hypercapnia,venous thrombosis complications.Varying degrees of nausea,vomiting and other symptoms of 3 patients and mild chest subcutaneous emphysema,2 cases were given appropriate treatment after the symptoms are relieved.Conclusion The careful and good nursing care is to ensure the success of the operation with the key.
