摘要
本文介绍了一种环保型全自动管道喷砂除锈机的组成、工作原理及其应用效果。该设备由空气压缩机、喷砂机、行走机架和控制系统组成。采用双喷头形式，利用真空负压原理对钢砂及除锈粉尘进行回收，能够快速完成管道补口的喷砂除锈作业。经过应用表明，该设备性能可靠，操作简单，钢砂及粉尘回收率高，安全环保，除锈效果达到Sa2．5级以上。
The paper introduces an environmentally friendly automatic pipe sand blasting machine for its composition, operating principle and application. The equipment is composed of an air compressor, sand blasting machine, travelling frame and control system. It is equipped with twin sand blasting heads. Both grit and blasting dust are recovered by vacuum negative pressure. It is able to complete the field joint sand blasting in a quick way. It is proved by the practical application that the sand blasting machine features perfect performance, simple operation, high recovery of grit and dust, safety and environmentally friendly. The sand blasting machine will achieve at least Sa 2.5 surface cleaniness.
