摘要
目的了解长沙地区城乡中年人健康商数的现状,比较城市和农村中年人的健康商数差异。方法 2009年12月至2010年6月采用谢华真健康商数测评问卷对长沙地区共1 518名中年人进行调查,其中766名来自城市,752名来自周边农村。结果长沙地区中年人健康商数各维度得分均较低,徘徊在相应临界值水平,其中健康知识得分最低,低于临界值(P<0.05)。农村中年人健康商数各维度的得分均低于城市中年人(均P<0.01),差别有统计学意义。户籍、受教育程度、家庭收入、是否定期体检及近一年内就诊次数与健康知识得分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论长沙地区中年人群总体健康商数现状不容乐观,健康知识最为薄弱,以中年人群为对象的健康知识普及应该成为社区健康教育的重点。全面提高农村中年人的健康商数、帮助他们提高对健康的自我管理能力需要引起相关部门的重视。
Objective To investigate the current situation of health-quotient（HQ） of the middle-aged residents in Changsha and compare the health-quotients between the urban and rural residents.Methods From December 2009 to June 2010,1518 middle-aged residents（766 in urban and 752 in rural） were investigated by the Tze＇s health-quotient questionnaire.Results All the dimension scores of HQ were low in the middle-aged residents of Changsha,which were around the safety threshold of HQ.The dimension＇s score on ＂health knowledge＂ was the lowest and below the safety threshold（P0.05）.The dimension scores of HQ in rural residents were significantly lower than those in urban residents（P0.01）.Score of health konwledge is significantly correlated with census register,education level,family income,regular physical examination and number of visiting a doctor positively（P0.01）.Conclusion The HQ of the middle-aged residents in Changsha was not optimistic,especially for the health knowledge dimension,which indicates that popularizing health knowledge to the middle-aged residents should be emphasized.It is called for the relevant departments＇ attention to improve the middle-aged rural residents＇ HQ in an all-round way and help them with the abilities to manage their own health.
