摘要
网络时代的到来使图书馆参考咨询工作发生了重要转变。本文论述了网络环境下图书馆参考咨询工作现状及对参考咨询工作的思考,提出了优化与发展参考咨询工作的途径。
The advent of the Internet age has made the important changes of reference work in the library take place. The paper discussed the status of library reference work in the network environment and gave a lot of thoughts on it and suggested the ways in optimization and development of the reference work.
