分析了影响料浆法磷酸一铵(MAP)产品总养分的因素,其主要包括磷矿中杂质含量、稀磷酸的固含量及其w(SO42-)游离。阐述了调整产品总养分的措施,澄清稀磷酸,降低其固含量,以提高产品总养分;添加大白粉、硫酸、磷石膏,采取配浆、配渣的方式,以降低产品总养分。
The influencing factors for total nutrient of slurry process monoammonium phosphate (MAP) are analyzed, that mainly include impurity levelin the phosphofite, solid content in dilute phosphoric acid, and (?)(SO42-)free. The measures for adjusting the total nutrient are described, includingclarifying the dilute phosphoric acid and reducing its solid content to increase the total nutrient of the product ; adding chalk powder, sulphuric acid, phos-phate gypsum, and using compounding slurry and slag to reduce the total nutrient of the product.
