摘要
针对银川某葡萄酒厂发酵过程的温度控制进行研究,由于其具有时变性、大惯性、无法建立精确的数学模型等特点,传统的PID控制器达不到控制要求。文中设计了单神经元PID控制器,具有在线自学习、无超调、鲁棒性好等优点,并在S7-400 PLC上实现单神经元PID控制。实践表明,该控制器的控制精度和可靠性都符合控制要求。
Made research aiming at temperature control in wine fermentation process to a wine factory in Yinchuan. Because it has dynamieity with time and large inertia, and can not build accurate mathematical model, traditional PID controller can not reach the requirements of the control. Therefore designed the single neuron PID controller, with on-line self-learning function, no overshoot and good robustness, etc. And realized the single neuron PID controller on S7-400 PLC. The practice shows that the control precision and reliability of the controller both have met the needs of control.
