摘要
选用不同结构的多异氰酸酯、低聚物多元醇、1,4–丁二醇为主要原料,用双螺杆挤出机法制备了可用于夹层玻璃的高透明性聚氨酯热熔胶。讨论了多元醇种类及其相对分子质量、二异氰酸酯等原料对聚氨酯热熔胶的光学透明性、力学性能、粘接强度的影响。结果表明:由IPDI、1,4–丁二醇、相对分子质量为1 000的PTMG所制备的聚氨酯热熔胶具有优异的光学透明性、良好的力学性能,与玻璃/PC板的粘接强度高。
The high transparency polyurethane hot-melt adhesives for laminated glass were prepared by using twinscrew extruder method and using polyisocyanates with different structures, oligomeric polyols and 1,4-butanediol as main raw materials. The influence of polyol type and relative molecular mass, diisoeyanate, etc. raw materials on optical transparency, mechanical properties and adhesion strength of the polyurethane hot-melt adhesive was discussed. The results show that the polyurethane hot-melt adhesive prepared by using IPDI, 1,4-butanediol and PTMEG with relative molecular mass 1000 has excellent optical transparency, good mechanical properties and high adhesion strength to glass / PC board.
