摘要
建立了饮用水源水中氯苯、二氯苯、三氯苯和四氯苯等共9种氯苯系化合物同时测定的吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱法(P&T-GC-MS)。优化了吹扫捕集时间及解析时间,采用质谱的选择离子监测模式和内标定量法进行定量分析。在优化的吹扫捕集条件下,线性回归方程的相关系数均大于0.9998;氯苯、二氯苯、三氯苯和四氯苯的方法检出限(3.143s)分别为0.168μg/L、0.057~0.067μg/L、0.062~0.142μg/L和0.088~0.112μg/L。饮用水源水实际水样的平均加标回收率为99.4%~113%。此法用于9种氯苯系化合物的同时测定可避免传统方法中使用有毒有机萃取溶剂的不足,具有简单、环保的优点。
GC - MS method coupled with purge and trap (P&T) for analysising 9 chlorobenzenes in drinking source water was established, and analytes included chlorobenzene, dichlorobenzenes, trichlorobenzenes and tetrachlorobenzenes. With optimizedpurge - trap and resolving conditions, all standard curves of compounds had good correlation coefficient ( r 〉 0. 999 8 ) using internal standard quantitative method. Detection limits (3. 143s ) of chlorobenzene, dichlorobenzenes, trichlorobenzenes and tetrachloro- benzenes were 0. 168 μg/L, O. 057 -0. 067 μg/L, O. 062 -0. 142 μg/L and 0. 088 -0. 112 μg/L, respectively. The average recoveries of spiked drinking source water samples were in the range of 99.4% -113%. This method is simple and green, avoiding the use of toxic solvents.
