回肠代膀胱患者肠膀胱黏液所致并发症相关问题分析 被引量：3

The Complications Caused by Ileal Mucus after Ileocystoplasty and Related Problems

摘要 对我院2000年1月至2008年12月膀胱全切采用回肠代膀胱的83例患者(Bricker回肠膀胱51例,原位回肠新膀胱32例)随访2年,对其并发症情况进行分析、评估。结果发现共性并发症结石5例(6%),输尿管吻合口狭窄上尿路积水9例(10.8%),反复上尿路感染5例(6%),原位回肠新膀胱尿道狭窄2例(6.2%),认为回肠代膀胱其肠黏液混入尿路是该术式并发症发生的主要原因,结石、吻合口狭窄、反复泌尿系感染均与肠黏液分泌相关。
