谷氨酰胺对热应激肉鸡抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:30

Effects of Glutamine on Antioxidant Function of Broilers under Heat Stress

摘要 本试验旨在研究添加不同水平谷氨酰胺对热应激肉鸡血清和肠道抗氧化性能的影响。试验选用240只1日龄科宝-500肉鸡,随机分为6个组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组为试验组,分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.4%、0.8%、1.2%、1.6%和2.0%的谷氨酰胺的饲粮。试验时间从15~42日龄,共28 d。试验期间每天09:00到17:00温度维持在(35±2)℃,17:00至次日09:00温度维持在(30±2)℃;鸡舍相对湿度控制在70%~80%。试验测定了在热应激条件下28、42日龄肉鸡血清和肠道中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,以及抑制羟自由基(.OH)能力、抗超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果表明:基础饲粮中添加谷氨酰胺显著提高了热应激条件下28日龄肉鸡血清和肠道GSH-Px、SOD活性以及T-AOC和抑制.OH能力(P〈0.05),显著降低了血清和肠道中MDA含量(P〈0.05),极显著提高了血清CAT活性(P〈0.01);显著提高了42日龄肉鸡血清和肠道CAT活性、T-AOC(P〈0.05),显著降低了血清MDA含量(P〈0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中添加谷氨酰胺可显著提高热应激条件下肉鸡血清和肠道的抗氧化性能并且对前期的影响优于后期。综合各项指标,热应激条件下肉鸡饲粮中谷氨酰胺的推荐用量为1.6%。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of glutamine(Gln) on antioxidant function of broilers under heat stress.Two hundred and forty 1 day-old Kebao-500 broilers were randomly selected and divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates,and 10 chicks in each replicate.Six groups were consisted of group Ⅰ(control group) to Ⅵ,which was supplemented with Gln at the level of 0,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6% and 2.0% in 6 basal diets,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 days(from 15-day-old to 42-day-old).During the experimental period,the temperature maintained at(35±2) ℃ for 8 h from 09:00 to 17:00 and maintained at(30±2) ℃ from 17:00 to 09:00 of the next day.The relative humidity of the chicken house was controlled from 70% to 80%.The effects of Gln on the activities of GSH-Px,SOD and CAT,the ability of inhibiting hydroxyl radical(·OH) and resisting superoxide anion free radical(O-2·),and the content of MDA,T-AOC in serum and intestine of broilers under heat stress were studied.The results showed that,at 28 days of age,supplemental Gln could significantly enhance the activities of GSH-Px,SOD and T-AOC(P0.05),raise the ability of inhibiting ·OH(P0.05),reduce the content of MDA in serum and intestine(P0.05),and increase the activity of CAT in serum(P0.01).At 42 days of age,supplemental Gln could significantly increase the activity of CAT and T-AOC in serum and intestine(P0.05),and reduce the content of MDA in serum(P0.05).The results indicate that Gln supplementation can improve the antioxidant function in serum and intestine of broilers under heat stress,and the supplemental effects of earlier period are better than that of the later period.In conclusion,the suitable supplemental level of Gln in diet is recommended as 1.6%.
