摘要
葫芦岛市地处辽宁省西部,大中小河流约500余条,流域面积大于100km2河流有27条,葫芦岛市城市防洪工程涉及的河流有四条,分别为五里河、连山河、茨山河、月亮河。针对城市防洪面临的严峻问题,从分析现状、查找问题到科学制定城市防洪规划进行了系统地探讨与研究。
Huludao City is located in the western Liaoning Province. There are about 500 rivers, in which 27 rivers river area is more than100km2. The flood control project of Huludao City involves four rivers： Wuli River, Lianshan River, Cishan River, Moon River. Facing the critical issues of flood control for the city, the paper analyzed the status quo, found the problem, and made the scientific urban flood control plan.
