达克罗是一种以锌粉、铝粉、铬酸和去离子水为主要成分的涂液经高温烧结后形成的新型防腐涂层。文章主要介绍了达克罗工艺的历史发展、优缺点、成分组成、防腐机理、工艺流程以及达克罗工艺在微特电机中的应用,对达克罗工艺的前景进行了展望。
Dacromet is a new kind of anti-corrosion coating. It is formed after sintering at high temperature and the coating solution contains the main components of Zinc powder, Aluminum powder, Chromic acid and deionized water. Historical development, advantages and disadvantages, compositions, anti-corrosion mechanism, process of dacromet process and its application in micro motor were introduced. Finally the future of dacromet was looked into.
