摘要
三网融合是一次重要的产业变革,也是信息通信技术领域的一次整合创新。本文以技术的社会型塑理论为依托,分析了我国三网融合的动力机制及其创新过程的复杂性和地方性,在此基础上尝试探讨为什么要进行三网融合、我国三网融合的困境以及如何走出困境这三个问题,为有效推进我国三网融合创新的实践活动提出了理论依据和策略建议。
Triple play is an important industrial change, and also an important integrated innovation in information and communication technology （ICT） field. From the perspective of Social Shaping of Technology （SST）, this paper focuses on the dynamic mechanism of triple play, the complexity and the locality of this innovation process in China. On the basis of this, we try to answer the questions such as why we advance the triple play, what the difficulties are and how we can get through in China, which provide the theoretical foundation and strategic recommendations for effectively pushing for the innovation of triple play in China.
