摘要
石家庄—武汉客运专线(河南段)郑西跨南水北调特大桥(ZXDK6+861.13~ZXDK39+368.08)普遍采用了预制轨道板+底座板的纵联板式无砟轨道结构。在施工中,通过合理划分桥上底座板张拉单元,预埋钢板连接器及温差电偶,严格控制张拉温度、张拉量、张拉组数及BL1、BL2后浇带浇筑时间和顺序等一系列技术措施,有效保证了底座结构零应力状态的实现。针对底座施工单元的连接问题,结合施工中5种典型的底座张拉结构单元,详细介绍无砟轨道底座板张拉连接施工技术。
Longitudinal slab ballastless structure of prefabricated track slabs with base plates was adopted on Zhengxi extra-long Bridge (ZXDK6 +861. 13-ZXDK39 +368.08) on Shijiazhuang-Wuhan passenger dedicated railway crossing the South-to-North water transfer project. During the construction, through the rational division of the bridge base plate tension units, installation of pre-embedded steel plate connectors and thermocouples, strict control of temperatures, tension groups, time and sequence for BL1, BL2 later casting stripes and a series of technical measures, the base structure of zero stress state was achieved. For base units connection, tension connection technology of five kinds of typical base units was introduced in detail.
