摘要
在一台2.0L涡轮增压汽油机上试验研究了全负荷工况下转速和增压比对发动机燃烧和性能的影响。结果表明,加大增压比提高了压缩行程的缸内压力,发动机的动力性大幅度提升,增压比每增加0.1个单位,缸内压力增加0.03~0.05MPa,转矩增加12~15N.m。同一转速下的瞬时放热率峰值随着增压比的增加而增大;滞燃期随着转速的升高而延长,但随着增压比的增加,不同转速下滞燃期的差别减小。中低转速时的燃烧持续期随着增压比增加而延长;而高转速时,燃烧持续期随着增压比的增加而缩短。
An experimental study is carried out on a 2.0L turbocharged gasoline engine to reveal the effects of rotation speed and boost ratio on the combustion and performance of engine in full load condition.The results show that the increase in boost ratio raises the in-cylinder pressure in compression stroke and hence the power performance of engine: a 0.1 unit increase in boost ratio will lead to 0.03~0.05MPa rise in cylinder pressure,and hence 12~15N·m more torque gained.Under same rotation speed the instantaneous heat release rate increases with the rise in boost ratio.Combustion delay period prolongs when rotation speed goes up,but with the increase in boost ratio the discrepancy in combustion delay period at different speed reduces.With the rise in boost ratio,combustion duration extends at low and medium speeds and shortens at high speed.
