摘要
为了避免传统氰化路线合成含氰基偶氮分散染料产生的含铜废水对环境带来的污染,由甲酰胺作氰基化试剂、乙酸酐作脱水剂、氯化亚铜作催化剂的非氰路线,在一定的温度下合成了3支含氰基偶氮分散染料,并对影响反应的甲酰胺用量、乙酸酐用量、乙酸钠用量,氯化亚铜用量等因素作了分析。实验结果表明,由非氰路线合成的含氰基偶氮分散染料的收率为73.8%~84.9%,影响反应的最主要因素是氯化亚铜的用量。产物通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、质谱等手段确证了所合成染料结构。
In order to avoid pollution of waste water containing copper on the environment with traditional cyanide routes, a non-cyanide route for synthesis of cyano diazo disperse dyes is proposed with cyano reagent as formamide, absorbent as acetic anhydride, cuprous chloride as catalyst. The influence of armour amides, acetic anhydride, acetic acid sodium, cuprous chloride, such as the dosage of factors is preliminarily discussed. The yield of the cyano diazo disperse was 73.8%-84.9%, and the most important factor of affecting the reaction is the amount of cuprous chloride. Their structures were confirmed by IR, UV, and MS.
