晚期糖基化终末产物与糖尿病性白内障的基础与临床研究 被引量:9

Basic and clinical study on advanced glycation end products and diabetic cataract

摘要 晚期糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end-products,AGE)是一类结构复杂的化学分子,它的形成与糖尿病性白内障的发生有着密切的联系。研究表明,AGE可以直接或者通过相应受体的作用导致糖尿病性白内障的形成。通过药物抑制AGE的生成等则可以明显延缓糖尿病性白内障的发生。本文就AGE的生化特征、导致糖尿病性白内障发生的机制、检测手段、药物研究及药物治疗方法作一综述。 Advanced glycation end-products(AGE) are a class of complex chemical molecules,its formation is closely linked to the occurrence of diabetic cataract.Studies have shown that it can lead to the formation of diabetic cataract directly or by the corresponding receptors.Such drugs,which can inhibit the formation of AGE and so on,can delay the occurrence of diabetic cataract significantly.AGE of biochemical characteristics,the mechanisms of resulting in diabetic cataract,detection methods,drug research and therapy are reviewed in this article.
