摘要
目的探讨消化道黏膜剥离治疗内镜及附件的清洗消毒与保养的最佳方法,防止手术创面的感染。方法根据该治疗的特殊性,按照内镜清洗消毒规范的要求,找到从消化道黏膜剥离治疗前内镜及附件的消毒到治疗结束内镜及附件的保湿、预浸泡、多酶清洗、除锈、润滑保养、消毒灭菌的合适方法。结果通过加强人工清洗的力度及延长酶洗浸泡时间,使治疗内镜及附件的清洗质量得到提高,使用功能得到保证,耐损耗。结论加强治疗内镜及附件的清洗、消毒与保养是防止手术创面感染确保手术的安全的关键。
OBJECTIVE To detect the best method of cleaning and disinfection of GI endoscopes and accessories in the process of endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD） in order to avoiding endoscopy-related infections.METHODS In accordance with the guidelines on cleaning and disinfection in GI endoscopy and the speciality of ESD,we found the method to avoiding surgical-related infection,including Endoscopic and accessories disinfection,sterilization moisture,pre-soaking,multi-enzyme cleaning,rust removal,lubrication and maintenance before and after ESD treatment.RESULTS The cleaning quality was improved by strengthening manual cleaning and extending soaking time with multi-enzyme.This would assure the effective function and the usable life of the endoscope.CONCLUSION It is necessary to enhance cleaning,disinfection,and maintenance of the Endoscopic and accessories in order to prevent surgical-related infection and ensure the safety of the surgery.
