摘要
目的探讨显微手术器械集中清洗、灭菌管理的方法。方法进行人员培训、明确岗位职责,选用鲁沃夫器械清洗盒和硅胶垫对清洗器械进行保护,采用正确的清洗、包装、灭菌方法,完善显微器械清洗灭菌管理流程。结果通过加强对1284组显微器械清洗灭菌管理,规范了显微器械清洗灭菌流程,使显微器械清洗灭菌质量得到保证。结论做好显微器械的保护,采用正确的清洗灭菌方法,能确保清洗灭菌质量,保证器械使用效率,有效控制医院感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE To discuss on disposal route for effective management of cleaning and sterilization of microsurgical instruments.METHODS To be responsible for the good treatment of medical apparatus and instruments after being used,we should make sure every section to be well executed,including personnel training,job responsibility,RUHOF Multi Cleaning Series applied for instruments clean,methods to clean,package and sterilization,management system.RESULTS The quality of the cleaning and sterilization of microsurgical instruments was improved by reinforcing the management and process regulation during the maintaining and cleaning work of 1284 set microsurgical instruments.CONCLUSION In order to guarantee the quality of cleaning and sterilization,service efficiency of medical appliance and avoiding of hospital infection,the maintaining of the microsurgical instruments should be well executed as well as the current methods for cleaning and sterilization.
