摘要
志愿者精神是我国传统美德与时代精神发展的集合体,在当代社会中占据着重要地位。学校培育未成年人"奉献、友爱、互助、进步"的志愿者精神,不仅遵循了提升公民意识的社会发展需要,把握了社会主义核心价值的基本内容,还呼应了构建和谐社会的时代要求。因此,针对当代未成年人的特点,通过设置义工课程、建立激励机制以及配备志愿者队伍等工作来促进未成年人思想道德建设,是时代所趋,是教育的创举,也是确保未成年人思想道德建设有效延续的合理手段。
The volunteer spirit is the combination of our traditional virtue and epoch spirit, and it is playing an important role in contemporary society. Nowadays schools are engaged in cultivating teenagers＇ volunteer spirit of ＂devotion, love, helping each other and advance＂, which not only follows social requirement of promoting citizens＇ consciousness, focuses on the basic content of socialist core value, but also meets the demand of socialist harmonious society. Therefore, aiming at teenagers＇ features, we should promote moral construction for them by the following steps such as setting course of voluntary work, establishing encouraging mechanism, equipping volunteer organizations, and so on. Our task is the requirement of the age as well as the achievement of education. Further more, it is a reasonable approach to ensure the moral construction for teenagers to be conducted in an effective and continuous way.
