摘要
在借鉴铁路现行旅客运营指标的基础上,提出了客运专线运营指标体系设计的原则,对客运专线运营中的客运量指标、动车组运用和检修指标以及客运服务质量指标等三部分指标体系进行设计。构建了较为完整的铁路客运专线运营指标体系。
Drawing on the existing rail passenger operation indicators, the paper proposes the principles for the design of operation indicator system of passenger dedicated lines and establishes the indicator system which consists of three parts： the passenger transport volume indicator, the EMU capacity utilization indicator and the passenger service quality indicator. Then it builds a relatively complete operation indicator system of passenger dedicated lines which can meet the operation management requirement of passenger dedicated lines in China.
