胸腰椎脊柱肿瘤的外科治疗 被引量：4

摘要 通常对脊柱肿瘤的外科治疗，是以病灶刮除或分块切除的方式切除，而对于脊柱转移瘤只在有神经压迫症状后才予以姑息切除，这样的手术方式必然存在局部肿瘤的高复发率。近年来，随着肿瘤理论研究、肿瘤分期系统的进步和外科技术水平的提高，对脊柱肿瘤治疗发生了根本性变化。全脊椎切除越来越多的应用于脊柱原发恶性和孤立性转移性肿瘤的治疗，尤其是全脊椎整块切除，能彻底切除肿瘤有效减少肿瘤对周围组织的污染，明显减少肿瘤复发率，
