摘要
以浙东白鹅为试验材料测定其屠宰性能,取屠宰率(x_1)、全净膛率(x_2)、腹脂率(x_3)、胸肌率(x_4)和腿肌率(x_5)5个性状作主成分分析。结果表明:5个指标综合成4个主成分,累计贡献率达94.5143%,基本反映了原指标所提供的信息。
The slaughtering performance of east Zhejiang white geese was tested,and the principal component analysis of the slaughtering performance was made according to dressing percentage(x_1), percentage of eviscerated weight(x_2),percentage of abdominal fat(x_3),percentage of pectoral muscle (x_4)and percentage of leg muscle(x_5).The results showed that the five indexes could be synthesized into four independent principal components which had an accumulative contribution rate of 94.5143% and could reflect the information provided by the original indexes.
