摘要
铝电解槽能耗巨大,其中很大一部分能量以热量形式散失,本文设计了一套以塞贝克效应为原理的小功率余热温差发电装置对铝电解槽侧壁余热进行利用。该装置在某铝电解厂的电解槽侧壁进行了现场安装测试,对测试数据进行分析表明,在铝电解槽侧壁安装本文所设计的温差发电装置能够产生一定的经济效益,节约用电量。
The energy consumption of the aluminium electrolysis is huge,much of it is lost as heat.This paper designed a small power waste heat thermoelectric generator with the Seebeck effect theory to reuse of waste heat of the aluminium reduction cell.The thermoelectric generator was installed and tested on the aluminium reduction cell of an aluminium smelter,the test data shows that the thermoelectric generator installed on the aluminium reduction cell can make some economic benefits,saving electricity.
