脂联素与胰岛素抵抗、血液流变学改变及2型糖尿病大血管病变 被引量:7

The study of adiponectin and insulin resistance,the change of hemorheology and macroangiopathy in type 2 diabet mellitus

摘要 脂联素(adiponectin,APN)是脂肪细胞分泌的一种细胞因子,它是目前发现的唯一对人体有保护作用的脂源性激素,其浓度下降与糖尿病及其大血管病变密切相关。脂联素具有提高胰岛素敏感性,调节糖脂代谢,改善血液流变学,保护血管内皮和抑制动脉粥样硬化形成等作用,为防治2型糖尿病及糖尿病大血管病变提供新的药物治疗靶向。 Adiponectin(APN)is an eytokine secreted by adipocyte,and it is the only lipogenic hormone which has protective efection on human. Concentration decrease of adiponectin has close relations with diabetes and the macrovascular compueation ot dtabetes. Adiponeetin has tunetion of cutting down the blood sugar level, improving insulin sensitivity, proteeting blood vesset endothelium and resisting the vascular sclerosis. It could provide new therapeutic target to prevent and treat type 2 diabetes and the macrovascular complication of diabetes.
