摘要
通过对帘线钢SWRH82A机械剥壳过程中的断口分析,结合机械磨削模拟试验和对应表面组织的观察,分析了盘条脆断原因。结果显示,盘条运输和打捆过程中,在机械外力作用下造成局部表面硬化,在盘条表面形成白亮带,诱发裂纹,造成盘条在机械除鳞过程中发生脆断。
Through the fracture analysis of cord wire steel 82A during the mechanical descaling and observation of corresponding surface microstructure by the simulation test of mechanical grinding,the reason of brittle farcture was studied.The results show that the surface local strain harding by bunding and conveying of wire,and the transverse crack formed during mechanical descaling is induced by the bright band that appears in the wire.
