摘要
目的:了解北京市城八区社区卫生服务机构全科医生及管理者对传染病的认知及培训需求。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法抽取样本后进行问卷调查。结果:64.6%的医生和69.8%的管理者认为目前对社区医生的传染病知识培训不能满足需求。对于社区医生传染病知识培训需求的具体情况,从医生的角度来看,从高到低依次为:传染病的诊断与治疗(86.4%)、传染病病情评估及转诊标准(78.5%)、传染病的相关检验知识(75.5%)、传染病职业防护(67.1%)、传染病患者的隔离(63.3%)、环境的消毒处理(57.3%)。结论:社区卫生服务机构对于传染病知识培训的需求很大,应成立相应的培训组织加大对社区医生传染病知识的培训,以提高社区医生对于传染病的识别能力。
Objective To understand the awareness of infectious diseases and requirement for training of general practitioners and managers in community health service centers in Beijing. Methods Samples were chosen by cluster random sampling and surveyed with questionnaire. Results 64.6% of general practitioners and 69.8% of managers considered that current training of knowledge of infectious diseases on community doctors could not meet their requirement. In view of general practitioners, the requirements were as follows： diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases （86.4%） , assessment and referral standard of infectious diseases （78.5%）, determination of infectious diseases （75.5%）, occupational protection of infectious diseases （67. 1% ） ,quarantine of patients （63.3%） ,and disinfection of environment （57.3%）. Conclusion There exists great requirement of training on knowledge of infectious diseases for the community health service centers, which needs corresponding organization to improve training on community doctors.
