摘要
通过对山西马铃薯产业中新品种选育推广、种植生产与销售、加工转化等发展现状和政策支持、地理环境等产业链建设条件优势进行合理分析,从完善马铃薯脱毒种暮繁育体系以提高种薯质量和种业化水平,顺应绿色有机发展需要的生产技术支持,生产基地建设和贮藏技术研究,提高马铃薯加工技术水平,建立全方位的加工技术信息支持体系,科技创新战略研究等方面提出了科技支持对策,旨在促进山西马铃薯产业链建设。
In Shanxi potato industry chain building,the development process,government support,and geographic environments,new variety breeding and extension,planting and production,sale and processing are analyzed.The following science and technology support countermeasures are proposed： A system of virus-free seed production should be perfected to improve the potato quality and seed industry,develop the green and organic technology,product base building,and storage technology researching,improve the process technology and build the all-sided processing tech-information system and science and technology creating strategy researching.All the above countermeasures are trying to improving the potato industry chain in Shanxi.
