摘要
针对目前编织型食道支架支撑性研究存在的问题,完成了支架几何模型及有限元模型的创建、材料模型的选取以及边界条件的设置,提出了基于有限元分析的食管支架径向支撑力计算方法,并对不同头数、不同丝径、不同导程支架的径向支撑力进行分析.分析结果显示:头数越多,径向支撑力越大;丝径越大,径向支撑力越大;导程越大,径向支撑力越小.支撑力体外测试结果与有限元分析结果一致,证明数值模拟方法是合理有效的.最后,得出了优良支撑性能支架的参数选择范围:头数为22或24,丝径0.18~0.22 mm,导程60~70 mm.数值模拟方法与实验相结合能为食管支架的临床选择提供重要的参考价值.
In view of the problems of the current research on the braid stent,the geometry model and finite element model establishment,material model selection and boundary condition setting are completed.The method to calculate the radial force of the esophagus stent is presented.The radial force of the stent with different wire numbers,different wire diameters and different leads are computed.The analysis results show that the more the wire number of the stent,the longer the radial force;the larger the wire diameter,the higher the radial force of the stent;the higher the lead,the lower the radial force of the stent.The experimental results are consistent with the finite element analysis(FEA) results.Thus,the rationality and validity of the simulation method are verified.Finally,the parameter ranges for excellent radial force of esophagus stent are obtained.The wire number should be 22 or 24,the wire diameter should be 0.18 to 0.22 mm,and the lead should be 60 to 70 mm.The combination of experiment and numerical simulation can provide a valuable reference for the clinical choose of esophagus stent.
