摘要
在比较世界范围卫生系统筹资公平性的指数评估结果的基础上,客观地分析了我国社区卫生服务资源分配的公平性与社区卫生服务利用的公平性现状,并提出相应的解决问题的方法与对策.努力降低社会人群在享有健康和卫生服务方面不公正和不应有的社会差距,使每个社会成员均能达到基本的生存标准,以期我国的医疗卫生水平与卫生资源的公平性同步提高.
Based on the comparing result of the index of fairness of financing contribution（FFC） in worldwide health systems,this paper objectively analyses the equity of allocation and utilization of China＇s community health service resources,and puts forward methods and countermeasures to solve corresponding problems.We should make efforts to reduce the injustice and social gap of social groups in access to health and health services,so that every member of society can meet the basic survival standards,and hope to simultaneously improve the level of our health care and the fairness of health resources.
