摘要
本文结合土木工程专业成人教育的自身特点,对其毕业设计教学改革中的"校企联合"以及"双师型"两大教学模式进行了SWOT分析.分析结果表明,通过制定高校与企业的联合培养机制、聘请和培养"双师型"指导教师,能够使理论与实践、教育与需求的结合更紧密,从而真正发挥毕业设计教学环节在土木工程专业成人教育中的巨大作用.
Based on the characteristics of adult education in civil engineering specialty,this paper analyzed "University-Enterprise Cooperation" and "Double-Qualification" modes of teaching reform in graduation design through SWOT methods.The analysis results show that theory and practice,education and demand will be combined closer through establishing University-Enterprise Cooperation cultivation mechanism and hiring "Double-Qualification" teachers,thus to truly play the huge function of graduation design teaching of adult education in civil engineering specialty.
