摘要
针对液压系统测试试验台,引入仿真软件AMESim对测试系统建立仿真模型。利用AMESim软件开发的仿真系统对测试系统进行仿真,并通过对仿真模型注入各种参数,分析仿真结果,验证仿真模型的正确性。然后以液压缸为例,对模型注入故障信息,为液压缸故障诊断提供诊断样本。
Acording to the hydraulic system test-bed, the simulation software AMEsim was used to establish simulation model. The simulation system developed by AMESim, was used to enmlate testing system, by injecting various parameters into the model, analyzing the simulation result, verify the correctness of emulation result. Then take hydraulic actuator as an example, injecting fault information into the model, and offering diagnosis sample for hydraulic antuator fault diagnosis.
