摘要
目的探讨剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)的临床诊断与不同治疗方法及效果。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2011年5月内蒙古医学院附属医院收治的10例CSP患者的临床资料。结果 10例患者均采用甲氨蝶呤化疗治疗并在B超引导下行人工流产术,9例成功,1例失败。结论超声检查为子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断提供重要依据,甲氨蝶呤化疗治疗并在B超引导下行人工流产术是安全有效的保守治疗方法。
Objective To study the diagnosis and therapy of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 10 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College from January 2010 and May 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were treated with Methotrexate combined with abortion induced by ultrasound and 9 patients got success but one case failed. Conclusion Ultrasonographic image is the most important method for diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy and Methotrexate combined with abortion induced by ultrasound are safe and effective for the conservative treatment.
