摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS/SIM)同时测定蔗汁样品中莠去津和莠灭净的方法,并优化了样品前处理和色谱条件。在优化条件下,两种除草剂在0.00~0.60 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,方法的检出限(S/N=3)均为0.001 mg/L。在加标水平为0.050~0.100 mg/L时,两种除草剂的回收率在93%~106%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为4.4%~10.7%。该方法步骤简单,净化效果好,具有良好的灵敏度、回收率和重复性。
A new method was established for the simultaneous determination of atrazine and ametryn residues in sugarcane juice by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry under selected ion monitoring (GC - MS/SIM). The pretreatment and chromatographic conditions were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, good linearities were obtained for 2 herbicides in the range of 0. 00 -0. 60 mg/L with detection limits of 0. 001 mg/L for both atrazine and ametryn. The average recoveries of 2 herbicide residues at spiked level of 0. 050 -0. 100 mg/L were in the range of 93% - 106% , with RSDs(n =6) of 4. 4% - 10. 7%. The method showed the advantages of simplicity, repeatability, and sensitivity, and could be applied in the determination of atrazine and ametryn residues in sugarcane juice.
