摘要
分析了某电动玩具用塑料齿轮结构及成型工艺,阐述了模具结构特点及其工作过程。针对模具的非自然平衡流道系统,运用Moldflow软件进行熔体填充模拟分析,使各型腔填充平衡,优化了模具设计方案,提高了塑料齿轮的质量。
The structure and molding process of a plastic gear in an electric toy was analyzed and the characteristic and working procedure of a die for the product were described. Moldflow was used to simulate the filling of melt among cavities in the non-natural balance runner system and the design scheme was optimized.
